3 year on-site next business day replacement warranty including backlight (Pan European) - direct with NEC
To make a warranty call with NEC simply call 0870 1201160 quoting the serial number (This is located on the back of the monitor and also within the onscreen manager) They will then send a replacement monitor next working day and collect the faulty unit all at the same time. (Calls must be made before 3pm to ensure next day service). The warranty is logged against the monitor serial number and does not need registering.
NEC also provide a Collect/Return and Replace service on top on the replacement warrranty, In the case the monitor can be repaired they will fix the fault with the monitor and return back to you with 5 working days. For this service please ring the same number listed above

This monitor has a PAN EU warranty and is valid in any EU Country , to make a warranty call you would simply call your local NEC support number quoting the monitor serial number
