All of our Dell monitors are sold with a pixel perfect guarantee for the duration of the warranty period, in the unlikely event your monitor has ANY pixel defect we will arrange for the monitor to be replaced next working day, to arrange this simply email us the monitor serial number, order reference or invoice number, the address and a contact mobile of where you would like it replaced. Calls must be logged before 4pm qo qualify.(UK Customers only)

To make a warranty call with Dell simply call 0844 338 1200 ask for the monitor department quoting the works order number and serial number. The warranty is logged against the monitor serial number and does not need registering. Dell works order number can be found on the original box outer packaging (The number at the top of the Dell packing label), the serial number is on the back of the monitor.

All items sold are covered under Distance Selling regulations, you can return the item for any reason within 7 days (UK Consumer customers only)

 For EU customers the warranty is direct your Dell location, customer wishing to return products for a refund for any reason to PCBuyIT, you pay return postage costs, we will only accept returns if the item is defective, no refund is given for the original outbound postage costs. In addition EU purhcases are not covered under UK distance selling regulations.

 This monitor has a PAN EU warranty and is valid in any EU Country , to make a warranty call you would simply call your local Dell support number quoting the monitor serial number and the Dell works order from the box, this is the number at the top of the Dell packing label
