Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) you have the right to cancel the contract relating to your order at any time up to the end of 7 working days after the goods are delivered. To exercise your right of cancellation, you will need to email Sales@pcbuyit.co.uk or by letter, fax. Please provide details of the item(s) ordered and date received. Notification by phone is not acceptable. If you exercise your right of cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to PCBuyIT Limited at your own cost, please note we strongly advise an insured service is used. PCBuyIT will also arrange collection of the item at a cost of £17.25 Inc VAT (UK only EU Collection not available). The Distance Selling Regulations (2000) places a duty on you to take reasonable care of the goods once you have exercised your right to cancel. Returned items must be adequately packaged. Please ensure all internal packaging, cables, manuals, drivers and protective bags, however small are included. PCBuyIT will refund you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit or debit card for the goods. If after exercising your right under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) you do not return the goods as required, PCBuyIT will charge you appropriate costs of recovering the goods. When exercising your right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) please return goods to PCBuyIT Limited. Exceptions to Distance Selling Regulations (2000) - You do not have the right to cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Act if you have collected goods and have excercised your right to examine the goods during collection, if however you do not examine the goods you reserve the right to return the item under Distance selling Regulations.You do not have the right to cancel the conrct if you are not a consumer i.e. a company, partnership, sole trader or any other commercial body or registeredcharity. To return a faulty item to www.pcbuyit.co.uk Limited please comply with the below conditions in order to ensure that the return is completed efficiently and in a expedient manner. 1. When giving a reason for the return please give a specific fault description for the item supplied by www.pcbuyit.co.uk.The product will be tested for the specific fault described. 2. Please ensure that the RMA form is completed in full where applicable. Download the RMA form www.pcbuyit.co.uk//userfiles/pcbuyit RMA form (5)(1).xls 3. Once all the details have been received a returns authorisation number will be issued.This number is only valid for 14 days from date of issue. 4. Please return products clearly marked with the RMA number,adequate packaging and a copy of the returns form. 5. When returning for replacement,please return just the actual product without associated product only without accessories. 6. When returning products for credit please return as new,with all cables and manuals. 7. We recommend that when returning an item you use a service which provides you with parcel tracking so that you have proof of delivery and cover of insurance.www.pcbuyit.co.uk will not accept liability for any items which are lost or damaged in transit. 8. Warranty periods apply from the date of invoice and vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. 9. Once the faulty product has been received,tested and the fault confirmed it will be replaced as soon as possible subject to direct or nearest alternate replacements stock avaiability. 10. Please note for non-faulty item(s) we have agreed ti return whereby credit or refund is requested after a 7 day period a 15% restocking may be incurred. 11. We reserve the right to reject products if the above terms and conditions are not satisfied.In addition any physical damage to the product or packaging will result in the warranty being void and a return carriage fee being incurred.
